Showcasing some of the final edits from Weiyu and Amanda’s album. I’m separating the bridal shoot into two parts. This part will be showing their outdoors series. Hope to post up the other series, which was done inside our studio, soon!

Ahhhh! Our Beijing bridal images are finally up. My eyes almost went crossed looking through the massive collection and shortlisting the really nice ones. In fact, they are so many nice ones that made my task even more tedious, but I wasn’t complaining cos I’m very pleased with the outcome.
Really have to thank Suan Jin and Rachel for being a great host when we were in Beijing. The trip was an eye-opener for both Rueyloon and myself. =)
We are definitely going back to Beijing. Check out here! Did I mention that we are going Sydney too?

It has been quite a while now since i updated this blog. As much as I would like to keep the blog filled with constant fresh entries and new pictures, my recent shoots and workload have been overwhelming. Anyway, here’s a bridal shoot that I have not posted up yet.
Dino and Zeeling used to work in my ex-company. Their very good friend, Janny, was in the same project team with me! See how small Singapore can be. The shoot was fun and quite a breeze. Janny became my personal assistant which made my job so much easier. Thanks Janny!! And Dino and Zeeling brought their faithful dog, Snowy, along for the shoot.

Just look at the dog’s fur! The wind was super duper strong.

These last two pics were taken on their actual wedding day near Fullerton Hotel. They love them so much they ordered large canvas prints of them.

One fine morning, Phuong called unexpectedly and in the next 2 hours, Phuong and Nga were in my studio discussing the pre-wedding shoot away. Everything was in a rush, because you see, Phuong and Nga were on their last 2nd day of their honeymoon here in Singapore and they were leaving the very next day evening. The couple is from Hanoi, Vietnam. A very nice place to visit and I was there on a pro bono assignment many months ago.
Anyway, we settled to shoot next day early morning. So I asked the couple, what outfits are they going to wear for the shoot. They told me they came prepared and had brought their wedding suit and wedding gown. I went speechless. They brought their wedding gown on their honeymoon. Apparently, the couple had already wanted to book us and notifiy us in advance but they were afraid of the time constraint. So they just brought everything over and fortunately for them, they were able to find some time and hence looked us up straightaway.
Phuong, although a bit stiff at the begininning, was gradually lead in by his wife who is a very natural poser and with a great smile. Well, all of us had a wonderful shoot that morning despite the short time frame and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

September was a lovely time. I spent my birthday on the way to Australia on the A380
The big bird was a good plane to fly in. The seats are rather cramped, but the aircraft is very stable, you can’t hardly feel the acceleration, the take off nor the landing.
Ah, it’s great to be back in Sydney again.
The first week was lovely, bright sunny and blue skies, enjoying the last days of the winter. Bundled up to keep warm and walking the streets to see the sights and scout for good locations. Kim was with me, so it was sorta like a 2nd honeymoon except I was in working mode, hence I was constantly thinking about the shoot and how to make it exceptional.
I had my lovely couple Kelvin and Selena for the shoot in Sydney.

Hmmm…. After thinking for more than 4 hours, I am still clueless what to write for this post. Arghhh!
But I really have to thank Rachale, Winnie’s sister, for being a great help. She’s like a wedding planner to the couple (Chris & Winnie always fly in and out of Singapore) and my assistant during the shoot. My job would never have been easier. Hee…
Time to source for assistant for my future shoots? Anyone??
